About the role

As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team passionate about delivering the very best customer experience.

No two days are ever the same, but here’s an overview of what to expect:

1. Customer Service - Delivering an exceptional customer experience by helping customers find the perfect product and assisting them at the till.
2. Brand Bra Experience - Providing expert advice on bra fitting, sizing, and styles to meet customer needs.
3. Visual Merchandising - Managing product presentation and merchandising to help customers find what they need, including items they didn’t know they wanted.
4. Store Standards - Maintaining store cleanliness, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, supporting loss prevention, and following health & safety procedures.
