We’re seeking engaging, fashion-forward individuals to join an exciting new boutique offering timeless, luxury essentials designed with refined tailoring and a minimalist aesthetic. If you excel at styling, delivering personalised service, and creating memorable client experiences, this is your moment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and curate styling advice tailored to each individual.
  • Build and nurture a strong personal client book—using thoughtful outreach and nurturing techniques.
  • Support boutique operations: opening/closing, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, CRM data management, and POS transactions.
  • Actively contribute to in-store events and elevate the overall brand atmosphere.
  • Exceed sales targets through cross-selling, styling recommendations, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in premium or luxury womenswear retail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge long-term client relationships.
  • Stylish, organised, and driven by results.
  • Comfortable using CRM and POS technology.

We are also recruiting for strong leaders ready to step up into a supervisory role. Ideal candidates will have experience guiding retail teams and delivering elevated customer experiences within luxury or contemporary fashion brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and lead the sales team—setting goals, delegating tasks, and maintaining daily performance standards.
  • Manage boutique operations and visual merchandising to brand specifications.

  • Support events and promotional initiatives with a hands-on approach.
  • Represent the boutique as a role model in client service, styling, and organisational excellence.
