Job Opportunity: Sales Associate

We are seeking an exceptional full-time Sales Associate to join our team at our fun and fast-paced concession in the West End of London.

If you are a fashion-forward individual with retail experience, preferably in the luxury sector, you could be the perfect fit for our team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide an excellent level of customer service at all times
  • Advise clients on appropriate types of jewelry and suitable piercing combinations
  • Process sales accurately and efficiently
  • Explain piercing aftercare in detail to clients
  • Drive sales by increasing average spending and customer retention
  • Liaise with the sales team and piercers to offer styling advice
  • Act as a brand ambassador with strong brand knowledge
  • Support visual merchandising standards in store
