We are seeking an exceptional full-time Sales Associate to join our team at our fun and fast-paced concession in the West End of London.

If you are fashion-forward with retail experience, preferably in the luxury sector, you could be the perfect fit.

The ideal candidate will:

• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Advise on jewelry and piercing combinations
• Accurately process sales
• Explain piercing aftercare in detail
• Drive sales, increase customer spending, and retention
• Collaborate with the sales team and piercers for styling advice
• Act as a brand ambassador with strong brand knowledge
• Support visual merchandising standards
