You will report to the Assistant Store Manager.

Your Impact

• Achieve sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
• Provide excellent guest service by creating a helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient environment for guests and team members.
• Educate guests on products and services available through Frontgate.

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of experience in specialty retail sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel (including complex spreadsheets), Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems; previous cash handling experience required.
• Ability to lift and move medium to large items, up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders if necessary.
