We’re looking for a passionate Sales Associate (perm, part-time 20hr) to join our The North Face team based in Edinburgh, Scotland.

As a Sales Associate, you will inspire our customers, deliver excellent service, and help maintain the highest standards on our shop floor.

Our Sales Associates help deliver a memorable retail experience by:

  • Developing thorough product knowledge

  • Staying updated with current trends and the brand’s market position
  • Following operational procedures in the store and stock room

  • You love interacting with customers and set a great example with your hands-on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering excellent service
  • You have a positive, can-do attitude, facing all store situations confidently
  • You are passionate about our brand, fashion, and retail
  • You have excellent written and verbal English communication skills (another language is a plus)
  • You are flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
