About the opportunity

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Associate works closely with our Sales Consultants to provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout their exciting journey of purchasing a new home. More specifically, your responsibilities will include :

  • Support with the day-to-day operations of the display centre
  • Greet and assist visitors to the display home and schedule appointments
  • Support customers through the sales cycle from developing / qualifying leads to nurturing and closing
  • Handle customer enquiries so they can make informed decisions
  • Collaborate with the Sales Consultant to ensure business objectives are met
  • Complete sales documentation and paperwork to a high standard and within required timeframes

About you

To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of MOJO Homes and NEX Group, along with :

  • Excellent customer service, with exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment

  • A clean and current drivers' licence
