As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will be representing the brand and their values as they open their new flagship boutique in the heart of Mayfair. Elevated customer service will be consistently promised through the deliverance of ambition, passion and etiquette.

The role:

1. Working towards monthly store targets
2. Fostering and maintaining long-term client relationships
3. Obtaining thorough brand history and product knowledge
4. Promising selling ceremony and storytelling to every customer
5. Personalising reach-out campaigns to complete CRM tasks
6. Organising and holding private client appointments
7. Adhering to impeccable standards through immaculate grooming, presentation and communication
8. Working closely within a team under pressure, supporting colleagues and managers

About You:

1. Experience within a luxury brand
2. Experience within a fast-paced retail environment
3. Worked within a multicultural environment
4. Meticulous and efficient
5. Versatile and willing to learn
6. Excellent presentation
7. Exceptional communication skills

The Package:

1. £34,000 per annum
2. Commission structure
3. 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
4. Boutique hours
5. Every Sunday off, as the store is closed
