PPG Industries UK is seeking a Sales Assistant and Driver at the Nottingham Johnstone’s Decorating Centre. This full-time, permanent role requires a customer-focused approach, with training provided to learn IT systems and product selection.

A driving licence is needed for this role, and the successful candidate will join a supportive team in a busy store. You will serve customers on the trade counter, assist with stock management, and ensure the store looks well-presented at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing environment is desirable.
• Good understanding of IT systems; in-store training provided.
• Driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers on the trade counter and in store, in a friendly and professional manner.
• Undertake training to confidently select the correct product for customers’ needs and promote the brand.
• Ensure the store remains well-presented and clean.
• Follow stock management procedures by taking in deliveries and keeping shelves full.
