Your responsibilities include:

• Providing the highest level of customer care, aligned with Balmain’s service standards
• Building and maintaining a loyal client base through personalized service
• Maintaining store organization, cleanliness, and restocking
• Collaborating with team members to meet brand and store objectives
• Adhering to Balmain policies and procedures
• Managing stock room operations to support sales
• Minimizing stock loss via weekly inventories and stock takes

Candidate profile:

Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury environment, preferably at a Couture House like ours. Experience at Harrods is highly desirable.

Familiarity with luxury brand service standards and a significant client book are essential.

Regular attendance, punctuality, and professional interaction with management and colleagues are required.

Excellent English communication skills are necessary; additional languages are a plus.

Strong organizational skills, multitasking, and prioritization abilities are important.
