Temporary Sales Associate - Part Time

Our store teams are made up of customer-first people with a passion for outstanding service, creating memorable experiences for our customers. Team members develop product knowledge and jewellery expertise to assist customers effectively.

As a key team member, you'll help maintain store performance and meet sales targets. You'll build knowledge on new products to handle customer inquiries confidently.

As the face of H. Samuel, we want you to reflect our brand, culture, and customers. We embrace individuality with a fashion-conscious, business casual dress code that celebrates personal style, tattoos, and piercings.

Your background

You should have a passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences. Jewellery experience isn't required, but an interest in jewellery products and brands is essential. A positive attitude and the ability to engage with diverse customers are important.
