Our store teams are made up of customer-first people with a real passion for outstanding service, creating memorable experiences and lasting memories for our customers. Our team members work hard to develop outstanding product knowledge and jewellery expertise to share with customers.

As a dedicated team member, you'll play a key role in maintaining store performance and meeting sales targets. As new products are introduced, you will build your knowledge to handle every customer enquiry effectively.

As the face of H. Samuel, we want you to reflect our brand, culture, and customers. We embrace individuality with a fashion-conscious, business casual dress code, encouraging personal style including tattoos and piercings!

Your background

You should have a passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences. While jewellery experience isn't mandatory, an interest in jewellery products and brands is important. A positive attitude and the ability to engage with diverse customers are essential.
