Permanent Sales Associate - Full Time

Our store teams are made up of customer-first people with a passion for outstanding service, creating memorable experiences and lasting memories for our customers. Team members develop product knowledge and jewellery expertise to assist customers effectively.

As a dedicated team member, you'll play a key role in maintaining store performance and meeting sales targets. As new products are introduced, you'll build your knowledge to handle various customer inquiries.

Representing H. Samuel, we reflect our brand, culture, and customers. Our dress code is fashion-conscious and business casual, encouraging individuality, tattoos, piercings, and personal style.

Your Background

You should have a passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences. While jewellery experience isn't mandatory, an interest in jewellery products and brands is important. A positive attitude and ability to converse with diverse customers are essential.
