Are you ready to accelerate your property career in one of London’s most active and high-performing markets?

At Madison Brook, we’re looking for a highly ambitious Sales Associate to join our flagship Docklands office – the beating heart of our business and home to our highest turnover and most valuable instructions.

This role is perfect for someone with at least 12 months of property experience who’s now ready to push further, work smarter, and realize their full potential.

Your profile
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Representing 70–100 live instructions at any one time, with an average sales value of £650,000
  • Gaining exposure to high-value (£1m+) transactions
  • Building and maintaining client relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
  • Arranging and conducting viewings with professionalism and market knowledge
  • Negotiating offers and helping the progression team to deliver deals from start to finish
  • Actively contributing to new business generation and canvassing
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in a property role
  • A confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
  • Fiercely driven, target-focused, and motivated by uncapped earning potential
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
What You’ll Get
  • Basic Salary: £22,217 per annum
  • OTE: £50,000+ (uncapped)
  • Car or Car Allowance: £2,400 per annum
  • Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. Saturdays, 10am–4pm on rotation (5-day working week)
  • Holiday: 20 days, plus bank holidays and your birthday off. We also close for Christmas.
  • Extras: Regular team events, company pension, and industry-leading training
