Job summary

Under Armour is recruiting a part-time Sales Associate to be the brand face in-store, delivering standout customer experiences and driving sales. You will help keep the store sharp, stock and assist across front and back-of-house operations including POS and digital orders.

The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys teamwork, and welcomes omni-channel tasks while meeting flexible hours and holiday requirements. £12.75–£14.03 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years old (or 18 in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices)

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to each customer
• Share product knowledge with customers
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work front and back of store, including point of sale and payments
• Process omni-channel requests through digital experience
• Demonstrate collaboration and team work
• Adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Promote loyalty through the Rewards program

• Deliver omni-channel requests per UA processes and policies
