Our store teams are made up of customer-first people with a real passion for outstanding service, creating memorable experiences for our customers. Our team members work hard to develop extensive product knowledge and jewellery expertise to share with customers.

As a dedicated team member, you’ll play a key role in helping the store meet performance and sales targets. With new products introduced regularly, you will build your knowledge to handle various customer inquiries.

Your background

You should have a passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences. While jewellery experience is not mandatory, an interest in jewellery products and brands is essential. A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers are important.
