Due to the decreasing need for face-to-face high street stores and a shift online, our client finds more team members with retail experience. Candidates with retail experience often have strong face-to-face communication and customer service skills, which help grow their business. Retail experience is not necessary to succeed in this role, as they provide one-on-one coaching to develop communication and customer service skills.

The role is offered on a self-employed, commission-only basis, with average earnings between £24k and £30k per year.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school, college, university) due to availability. We are looking for candidates who can work five full days per week (Monday to Friday).
