Package:£25,000 - £28,000 basic, dependent upon experience, with an uncapped OTE (circa £40k)

Hours:40 hours per week, 8 hours per day. 5 days out of 7, at least 2 weekends out of 4.

The Role: As an Art Sales Consultant, you will be at the heart of Triton's business, building relationships and inspiring clients to buy and build their perfect art collection. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Brand Ambassador: Being the face of the brand in the gallery, greeting, qualifying, and onboarding new clients from footfall and over the telephone.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM): Nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, matching Triton's artist portfolio of world-class art with their tastes and collections.
  • Sales Strategy: Proactively generating new leads, re-engaging lapsed clients, and nurturing potential buyers, all while meticulously managing the gallery's database to achieve sales targets whilst delivering an exceptional and seamless art buying experience.
  • Consultative Sales: Ensuring every client interaction is as personal and exceptional as the art they’re purchasing.

  • You are engaging, tenacious, and ready to bring vibrancy to every conversation.
  • You’re motivated by hitting (and smashing!) sales targets and are eager to earn unlimited commission.
  • You’re passionate about delivering a top-tier client experience and building lasting relationships.
  • You have at least one year of experience in a target-driven sales role. (Art knowledge is a bonus, but not required!)
  • A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.
