Position Objective: The Sales Associate supports management in fostering a customer- and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing our values and guiding principles in all store operations. The role involves ensuring excellent customer experiences and maximizing profitability. We love what we do and believe our team is the best place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities:

1. Drive for Results: Meets sales goals through effective sales techniques and product knowledge, assists customers in merchandise selection, maintains knowledge of current promotions, and upholds visual standards.
2. Customer Experience: Models and promotes the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, ensures prompt resolution of customer concerns, manages checkout efficiently, and builds customer loyalty through clienteling and wardrobing.
3. Operational Excellence: Supports replenishment, assists with visual displays and store organization, and helps maintain cleanliness and order.
4. Teamwork and Growth: Promotes collaboration, seeks personal development, and is open to feedback. Other duties as assigned. Duties may vary across brands.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Must be 18 or older
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn new technology
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management
• Reliable attendance and flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of shift
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent climbing during 34-66% of shift
