As a Sales Associate, you will:

- Conduct sales, refunds, and exchanges, helping customers find suitable alternative items or guiding them to our online services.
- Maintain high retail standards by selling, replenishing stock, organizing rails, and hosting.
- Be receptive to customer feedback and use it constructively to improve service, sales, and retail standards.
- Manage and oversee stock in your department, including unpacking deliveries, completing audits, and maintaining the stockroom.

- Stay ahead of the latest trends by expanding your product knowledge and understanding of competitors.
- Follow health, safety, and security procedures, actively preventing stock loss.
