We’re currently seeking full-time Sales Associates to join our welcoming and close-knit Harrods family in our luxury Bed & Bath department. If you are passionate about luxury home décor, detail-oriented, knowledgeable about product specifications, committed to exceptional customer service, and comfortable with technology (ordering systems, MS Excel, etc.), this is an ideal opportunity for you.

About The Role

Our Sales Associates are central to our mission, embodying our core values and striving to exceed customer expectations. In the Bed & Bath department, you will partner with customers, understanding their needs in detail, and building sustainable relationships. You will be product experts, working with high-end linens and luxury brands to ensure customer loyalty.

In return, you will receive a package including an annual salary of £27,800, a competitive commission scheme, a company pension, 22 days’ holiday plus your birthday off, up to 33% in-store discount (including food hall and restaurants), and a season ticket loan.

This is a fully on-site role, working 5 days out of 7.

About You

Ideally, you will have experience in a home & lifestyle environment within a luxury retailer. You will deliver world-class, personalized customer service, demonstrate exceptional product knowledge, and foster strong customer relationships to meet business goals while representing the Harrods brand.

  • Ability to stay calm and measured under pressure
