Job summary

Reiss Limited in Ashford is seeking a Sales Associate to join our store on a permanent, part-time basis. You will deliver premium customer service, know the product range, and support the management team to achieve sales and operational goals.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for luxury fashion, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll be a brand ambassador, helping maintain visual standards and contributing to a positive customer

What’s the role about?

As part of our Retail team, you’ll be joining our store in Ashford as a Sales Associate, on a permanent, part-time basis. You’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our management team to achieve sales and operational goals.

• Has a passion for premium or luxury product
• Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
• Be able to see things through the customer’s eyes
• Excellent customer service skills
