Job Summary:

The Sales Associate supports the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. Responsibilities include modeling excellent customer service, effective communication, product knowledge, and maintaining store standards for merchandise presentation, replenishment, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer activity, prioritizing assistance
• Greet and serve customers effectively
• Communicate product value, current promotions, and offer solutions for out-of-stock items
• Address customer concerns with sound judgment
• Apply sales skills to improve conversion rates
• Provide quick, friendly, and accurate service at the cash register, promoting the PLACE Card
• Maintain stock levels and ensure all sizes and styles are available
• Follow standards for merchandise presentation, signage, and displays
• Keep stockroom organized, clean, and safe
• Perform daily housekeeping duties
• Follow Loss Prevention procedures to protect company assets
• Report maintenance and safety needs to Store Leadership
• Contribute to store goals with focused efforts
• Assist with stock processing as needed

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
