Job summary

Clarks Outlet in Leeds is seeking a reliable Sales Associate (16 hours) to provide an outstanding consumer experience, drive sales targets, and uphold high retail standards both on front and back of house.

You will utilise product knowledge and Clarks selling models, support stock and cash procedures, and maintain visual merchandising. The role offers weekend and bank holiday flexibility within a 16-hour pattern.

Qualifications

• Deliver a great brand experience, keep product knowledge up to date.
• Aid in achieving store KPIs by selling to targets.
• Maintain sales floor and back of house to high standards.
• Flexible to a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends/bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and replenish as required.

About the role :

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate (16hours) to provide a great consumer experience in store whilst delivering set targets and KPIs. Effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models. Support in the day-to‑day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house. Must have good availability and flexibility.

We’re looking for someone who will:

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
