Job summary

Clarks in Leeds is seeking a reliable Sales Associate (4hrs) to provide a great consumer experience while delivering set targets and KPIs. You will effectively sell shoes and accessories, applying Clarks selling models and maintaining high retail standards both front and back of house.

The role requires flexibility to work a7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, and to follow cash/stock security procedures. Clarks offers a supportive rewards package and opportunities to excel.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and apply it in selling.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate (4hrs) to provide a great consumer experience in store whilst delivering set targets and KPIs. Effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models. Support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house.

We're looking for someone who will:

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers' experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPIs by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
