Job summary

The Wine Shop at Andrew Peller Limited is seeking an energetic teammate to deliver superior shopping experiences. You will assist customers with purchases, provide product information, and help with shipments and merchandising while maintaining smooth register operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, Smart Serve certification, and proficiency with Windows tools (Word/Excel/Outlook). Flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated guest/customer service excellence focus.
• Experience with computer-based point of sale systems and cash handling is an asset.
• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.
• Working knowledge of Windows applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to consistently lift 40lbs on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure total customer satisfaction and outstanding service to every customer.
• Assist customers with purchases and provide product information when required.
• Assist with product shipments and merchandising, including light shelf/display cleaning.
• Handle cash and accurately balance the till.
• Comply with Health and Safety rules and security within the workplace.
• Be a team player who contributes to the team's efforts.

We are looking for a teammate with:

• Demonstrated guest/customer service excellence focus
