The Role

A Sales Associate is a key role within our stores, offering the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team, working closely with premium products and customers to achieve daily targets.

Our goal is for customers to experience the ‘Castore experience’ as soon as they step into our stores. It’s your responsibility to inform customers about our products and drive service and sales within the store.

This is a temporary pop-up store, so the role will be on a temporary contract.

Responsibilities

  1. Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store.
  2. Acting as an ambassador for the Castore brand.
  3. Providing excellent customer service at all times.
  4. Advising and assisting customers.
  5. Handling complaints or escalating serious issues to the manager on duty.
  6. Conducting customer transactions.
  7. Replenishing stock on the shelves.
  8. Assisting with store deliveries.
  9. Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, e.g., in-store orders, e-receipts.
  10. Identifying opportunities for upselling products and add-on sales.
