Job summary

CLARK'S in Huddersfield is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to deliver excellent consumer experiences in store while hitting set targets and KPIs. You will sell shoes and accessories, using Clarks selling models, and help maintain high retail standards front and back of house.

The role offers a 4-hour contract with weekend and bank holiday flexibility, a focus on brand experience, and benefits such as Retail Trust, Life Assurance, Clarks Discount Card, holiday pay and eyecare vouchers.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service and building rapport with shoppers.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including using technology to enhance the customer journey and keeping product knowledge up to date.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store management.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas to deliver high brand and retail standards.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• 4 Hour contract.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.

About the role:

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store whilst delivering set targets and KPIs. Effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models. Support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house.
