Job summary

Monica Vinader is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for 16 hours at Selfridges London. You will drive sales with exceptional customer service, demonstrate product knowledge, and provide in-store services such as engraving and aftercare.

You will join a brand known for responsible luxury and a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to stand in for team members across concessions as needed.

• Follow guidelines and instruction to efficiently deal with concession tasks in a fast paced environment

• Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (eg: stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries)

What You’ll Do

Driving Sales and Exceptional Customer Experience

• Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers
