We are seeking a dynamic and energetic person keen to learn a broad section of the optical business, including sales, admin, customer service, and order processing.

The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing personality, be comfortable talking to many different types of people, and be able to deliver excellent customer service. They should be eager to learn new skills and demonstrate exceptional drive to foster relationships with clients and team members alike.

This role requires managing a sales territory and handling associated administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

1. Contact all customers in the territory.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with sales goals.
4. Utilise HubSpot tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
5. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
