The Role

• Some weekend work and some later days (no later than 6.30 and the following day can take time in lieu)
• Attending to all buyer enquiries: arranging and attending inspections
• Following up on all potential offers and providing these to the rep with a handover
• Prospecting calls
• Pre-settlement inspections - completing and reporting on all findings
• Arranging & attending home opens

About You

• Experience in real estate desired; however, open to transferable skills from a customer service-based industry
• Must hold a WA Real Estate Registration license
• Driver's license is essential
• A hungry, motivated person who is interested in real estate
• Can-do attitude with the willingness to learn and grow
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both with clients and internal teams
• A proactive approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
