The Role

A Sales Associate plays a vital role in our stores, working closely with a dedicated team, premium products, and customers to achieve daily targets.

It’s your job to ensure customers experience the ‘Castore experience’. You will inform all customers about our products and drive service and sales within our stores.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store.
  • Acting as an ambassador for the Castore brand.
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Advising and assisting customers effectively.
  • Handling complaints or escalating serious issues to the manager on duty.
  • Conducting customer transactions smoothly.
  • Replenishing stock on shelves and assisting with store deliveries.
  • Monitoring and reporting on KPIs such as in-store orders and e-receipts.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and add-on sales.
