Overview & Summary

Founded by Spanish-born Cristóbal Balenciaga in 1917 and established in Paris in 1937, the original House of Balenciaga defined modern couture with its innovations in form and technique. Today, it continues to uphold the vision of the House through boundary-pushing collections including women's and men's ready-to-wear, accessories, and objets d'art. The brand's interactions with the digital realm, material developments, and social responsibilities keep it at the forefront of modernity. In 2021, Balenciaga's 50th Couture collection reintroduced a standard of cutting-edge elegance. From October 2015 to July 2025, Demna served as Artistic Director, and in July 2025, Pierpaolo Piccioli was appointed Creative Director.

Our Opportunity

The Sales Associate plays a key role in driving store sales by providing the signature Balenciaga experience to clients. They support colleagues and management while representing the brand's values.

How You Will Contribute
  • Build and maintain a strong, updated client portfolio to drive sales
  • Ensure client satisfaction by upholding Balenciaga's service standards
  • Engage clients with authentic, long-term relationships, from welcoming to after-sales
  • Maintain professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork
  • Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability
  • Provide feedback on client activity and market trends
  • Organize and display merchandise per visual merchandising guidelines

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role or with transferable skills
