A leading company in menswear retail is seeking a Sales Assistant for their York store. The Role
At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to "Make it easy for men to dress well," and we can't do that without our specialist teams. We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to join Helen and the Team at our store in York Designed Outlet. The position offers 12 hours per week, with some overtime possible. Candidates must be flexible to work on weekends and some weekdays; please confirm your full availability in your application.
What you will be doing
As a Sales Assistant at CT, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maximizing sales, and achieving KPI targets. You'll receive expert product and selling skills training to help you succeed and stay updated on store ranges and promotions. You will support and collaborate with your colleagues to enhance team efficiency and store success.
Your duties include stock management tasks such as stock accuracy checks, replenishment, and processing deliveries. You will also ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store housekeeping, adhering to VM and Health & Safety guidelines.
