We are seeking a results-driven, target-focused sales assistant to join the store team. If you enjoy engaging with customers, achieving sales goals, and making a lasting impression, Pandora is the place for you!

The role

Our sales assistants are brand ambassadors, connecting our products with customers. They drive store success by influencing sales, providing excellent customer service, and sharing product and brand knowledge.

You will interact with people on every shift, helping create their special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

What to expect from the role
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value
  • Build relationships with customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and tailoring your approach to individual needs
  • Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and enhance customer experience
  • Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and obtaining customer data
  • Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing items correctly in store
  • Maintain high shop floor standards through merchandising and environment upkeep
  • Operate the till system, handling transactions, returns, and exchanges
