Salary Range: £10.90 – £11.50 per hour (DOE) + staff discount + perks

About the Role:

We’re looking for friendly, fashion-forward Sales Assistants to join the opening team of a brand-new womenswear store in Leeds. If you love clothes, have a passion for great service, and want to work for a brand that’s making a positive impact on the planet, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be helping customers feel confident and inspired while supporting the day-to-day running of the shop floor. Whether it’s offering styling advice, keeping the rails tidy, or helping hit sales goals, you’ll play a key role in creating a brilliant shopping experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering a warm, welcoming experience for every customer
• Understanding customer needs and recommending products
• Keeping up to date with new stock and styling options
• Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Processing purchases and returns using the POS system
• Maintaining tidy, well-stocked sections on the shop floor
• Offering cross-sells and styling suggestions where appropriate
• Supporting with visual merchandising and store presentation
• Being a proud and positive representative of the brand

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail, fashion, or customer service experience is a plus (but not essential)
• A confident communicator with a warm, approachable manner
• Passion for sustainable fashion and personal style
• A team player who’s flexible and reliable
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
• Knowledge of women’s fashion trends and styling is a bonus
