The role

Our sales assistants are our brand ambassadors, connecting our products with customers. They drive store success by influencing sales, providing excellent customer service, and sharing product and brand knowledge.

You’ll interact with people every shift, helping create their special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

What to expect from the role

• Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets using effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and transaction value
• Build relationships with customers by answering queries, offering exemplary service, and tailoring your approach to individual needs
• Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and enhance customer experience
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data
• Assist with product deliveries: unloading and storing items correctly
• Maintain store merchandising and high standards; take pride in your environment
• Operate the till system, handle transactions, returns, and exchanges
