Job description

Sales Assistant – WHSmith Weybridge.

Contract Type - Permanent.

Working Hours - 16 Hours per week. Up to 5 out of 7 days, must be able to work all days, including weekends.

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to uphold our store standards. We want our customers and colleagues to be proud to start and share their journeys with us, whether it’s their first job, first day at school, or first birthday.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing outstanding customer service to all customers
  2. Replenishing stock and maintaining a tidy, inviting store environment
  3. Ensuring high standards of display and visual merchandising to help customers find what they need easily
  4. Supporting colleagues as part of a team
