Sales Assistant - WHSmith - Manchester Airport Terminal 2

Salary - £12.25 Per Hour

Contract Type - Part Time / Permanent

Hours Per Week - 10 Hours

Working Days - Weekends

Working Times - 6pm to 11pm

You must be over 18 for this position due to the nature of items sold in store.

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to maintain our store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.

Airport Requirements:

• 5 years of continuous references—employment or education references covering this period without gaps, required to gain an airport pass.
• Criminal Records Bureau Check—will be completed by WHSmith if your application is successful.
• Photographic ID—passport or UK driving licence.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Replenish stock and ensure the store remains tidy and inviting.
• Maintain high standards of display and visual merchandising to assist customers.
