Position Overview

We pride ourselves on attention to detail and offer our clients the best advice and customer service in lighting. This is why we are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic sales assistant to join our Warana team. We are looking for you to grow with our team. We offer great career opportunities.

Casual or full-time position available.

Responsibilities :

• Engage with customers to understand their needs, providing expert advice on lighting and fan products.
• Promote and sell products while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a well-organized sales floor, including restocking and merchandising.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and store targets.
• Warehouse duties as required.
