Job summary

Smyths Toys is hiring a Sales Assistant for Speke Liverpool. This is a temporary contract with hourly pay of £12.90 for over 21 and £11.00 for under 21. You will provide excellent customer service, assist with shelving, price changes, and till operations, while staying flexible in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is desirable but not essential.
• Experience with cash handling is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.
• Work as part of a fast paced and dynamic team.
• Keep the store clean and tidy.
• Pack shelves and merchandise.
• Work delivery and complete price changes.
• Work on the tills.
• Learn about and keep up to date with our products to help customers.
