Job summary

Smyths Toys is seeking Sales Assistants in our UK stores. You will join a fast-paced team, delivering excellent customer service, helping customers find products, and keeping shelves stocked and tidy.

This is a temporary position with flexible hours across 7 days. Rates of pay are £11.30 per hour for under 21 and £13.20 per hour for 21 and over. You may be trained to work across departments and at tills.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
• Work as part of a fast paced and dynamic team
• Keep the store clean and tidy
• Pack shelves and merchandise
• Work delivery and complete price changes
• Work on the tills
• Learn about and keep up to date with our products in order to help customers
