Our Sales Assistants are the heart of our retail stores, providing top-quality customer service and delivering retail and operational excellence. Working Hours:

8 hours per week, working flexibly to match the needs of the retail business.

Our Offerings:

Customer Service:

• Deliver the Haribo standards of customer service
• Greet customers as they enter the store
• Assist customers with their selection, applying product knowledge and making purchase recommendations
• Sampling activities in and out of store
• Process cash and card payments at the till

Retail Standards:

• Maintain Haribo retail standards throughout the day
• Ensure products are correctly replenished, displayed, and priced
• Make promotional items and offers visible and actively sell them
• Undertake daily cleaning duties within the store

Operational Standards:

• Replenish, count, rotate, and record stock accurately
• Follow Health & Safety standards to ensure a safe environment
• Comply with Environmental Management System (EMS) and permits
• Complete food hygiene and handling training, following all hygiene procedures

The Ingredients you bring with you:

• Previous retail experience is essential
• Online retail experience is beneficial
• Experience handling cash and processing card payments
• A desire to provide excellent customer service
• Good communication skills, helpful and approachable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
