Job summary

Footasylum in Doncaster is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to join a fast-paced store environment. You’ll be the brand ambassador, styling customers and delivering a premium shopping experience with energy, personality and a love for trainers and streetwear.

You’ll work flexible hours across Monday–Sunday, with opportunities for progression into supervisory roles. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer engagement, and delivering stylish, on-trend outfits with strong product knowledge.

• Keep visuals on point; stock managed and store looking fresh.

• Style the full fit
  Ask smart questions, read the vibe, and build complete looks - kicks, layers, accessories, care kits. No half fits here.
• Know the product, know the culture
  Learn every silhouette, the tech behind the performance, fabrics, weather durability, and care. From heritage drops to new heat - you’ll be trained to be a FOOTASYLUM Brand Ambassador.
• Host the hype
  Own launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in‐store activations. If it’s happening, you’re leading the energy.
• Chase the win
  Drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins. Progress > perfection.
• Keep it premium
  Visuals on point. Stock locked in. The store always looking fresh, clean, and ready for the next fit check.
