The role

In this role, you'll be the friendly face that greets our customers, making their shopping experience enjoyable and memorable. With your knowledge of our products, you'll be able to offer personalized recommendations, demonstrate items, and provide tailored samples that resonate with our shoppers. Teaming up with your colleagues, you'll be instrumental in driving sales, exceeding targets, and organizing engaging in-store events that keep our customers coming back for more.

You'll also take the lead in hosting exciting parties and events, both in-store and off-site, creating experiences that our customers will love. Besides that, you'll manage inventory, keep our shop floor inviting, and update displays to highlight seasonal trends. With flexible shifts and a competitive hourly wage that aligns with the Living Wage, you'll have access to plenty of support through training and development opportunities to help you enhance your skills.

Key Information

This is a temporary position, but there's a great opportunity for it to transition into a permanent role based on your performance.

Hours available: 8 - 10 hours per week

  • Keep our store floor clean and visually appealing, ensuring it always reflects the welcoming vibe we strive for. Contribute to meeting our sales targets by promoting products creatively and collaborating effectively with the team to surpass our goals.
  • Efficiently manage stock levels, making sure our shelves are well-stocked and ready for customers to explore. Be proactive about controlling store expenses, such as minimizing product waste, to help keep us within budget.
  • Commit to ongoing training and development, enhancing both your product expertise and customer service abilities. Collaborate with your teammates to create an inclusive and respectful working environment, enhancing the overall customer experience.
