In order to continue to carry out this sweet madness, we are looking for Sales Assistants (M/F), Part Time 16H (Saturday & Sunday), for our Store in Marylebone.

As such, your missions will be the following:

1. Delivering a unique customer experience:

• Make the customer the priority of the flat to guarantee optimal customer service
• Embody the Sézane spirit and style through impeccable presentation (respect for grooming)
• Welcome your customers with generosity and empathy to offer them the best experience
• Consider the personality of your customers to identify their desires
• Help them discover the brand and our different worlds/products
• Be an ambassador of the Brand's omnichannel presence (store and web)
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Brand and its products with curiosity
• Propose specific actions to make the customer experience memorable and unique
• Handle customer complaints and dissatisfaction to satisfy and build loyalty
• Be aware of our CSR policy to respond appropriately to customers

Guarantee the brand image:

• Know the basic rules of Sézane merchandising
• Check the labeling of products on the floor
• Participate in merchandising implementation and follow-up
• Offer customers an inspiring shopping experience
• Monitor and maintain the store's sales levels
• Have a fashion culture to make relevant proposals

Ensure smooth operations:

• Apply Sézane policies, standards, and procedures
• Respect procedures related to operations
• Handle returns, exchanges, reservations
• Participate in defining staffing needs based on customer expectations
• Ensure proper stock management

Be a team player:

• Participate in all team-related tasks
• Create a positive and harmonious environment to foster team synergy
• Communicate the brand's commitments effectively

You have successful experience in ready-to-wear, hospitality, catering, sales, animation... or not yet, but you are driven by customer relations?

You possess a sense of service, excellent presentation, and a strong fashion sense.

You have team spirit, a desire to share, and to develop your skills in an agile and motivating environment.
