Sales Assistant

Our Sales Assistants will focus on one primary objective – creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We are continually searching for passionate beauty lovers that want to help our customer through their beauty experience. Whether assisting with hair colour, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, we want you to be the advisor on our customer’s journey. It takes knowledge and training – which Sally will go above and beyond to provide. You bring your passion and personality – we will do the rest!

Responsibilities:

1. Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
2. Recommend additional and complimentary products.
3. Inform customers of current promotions and events.
4. Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
5. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
7. Demonstrate our Sally Culture and Values.

Requirements:

1. Previous Retail Experience Required.
2. Work abroad.
3. Must be over 18 years old due to the products we sell.
4. Evidence of passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
5. Retail experience required.
6. Hair & Beauty experience preferred.
7. Confident approach towards selling and maximising sales opportunities.
8. Must be flexible in working hours and days, including weekends and holidays.
