Sales Assistant

By working at Sally, you would be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in Europe, on a mission to empower our customers to express themselves through hair. We are looking for passionate and talented people to make this happen!

Our Sales Assistants focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Whether assisting with hair colour, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, you will be their trusted advisor. Sally provides training to ensure you have the knowledge needed.

All employees must work flexibly, including weekends on a rota basis. You may be required to work at different locations within reasonable travelling distance. If flexibility cannot be met, we cannot process your application further.

You must be over 18 years old due to the products sold.

Your role includes:

  • Building relationships and inspiring loyalty
  • Recommending additional and complementary products
  • Informing customers of current promotions and events
  • Setting up advertising displays and arranging merchandise
  • Completing transactions accurately
  • Maintaining a professional store environment and communicating inventory issues
