Sales Assistant

By working at Sally, you would be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in Europe. We are on a mission to empower our customers to express themselves through hair, and we need passionate and talented people to make this happen!

Our Sales Assistants focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. We are looking for passionate beauty lovers to assist with hair colour, cosmetics, skincare, or nails, acting as advisors on our customers' journey. Sally provides training to develop your knowledge and skills. Bring your passion and personality, and we will support you!

As a retail business, all employees must work flexibly. Sally operates Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, with schedules communicated in advance. You may need to work at another location within reasonable travel distance. If flexibility cannot be met, we cannot proceed with your application.

You must be over 18 years old due to the products sold.

Your role as a Sales Assistant includes:

• Building relationships and inspiring loyalty
• Recommending additional and complementary products
• Informing customers of current promotions and events
• Setting up advertising displays and arranging merchandise to highlight sales and promotions
• Completing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a professional store environment and communicating inventory issues
