Sales Assistant

By working at Sally, you would be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in Europe, on a mission to empower customers to express themselves through hair. We seek passionate and talented individuals to join us!

Your primary objective as a Sales Assistant is to create a memorable shopping experience. We look for passionate beauty lovers eager to assist customers with hair colour, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, acting as their advisor. Sally provides the necessary knowledge and training. Bring your passion and personality, and we will handle the rest!

As a retail business, flexibility is essential. We operate Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, with schedules communicated in advance. You may need to work at another location within reasonable travel distance. If flexibility cannot be met, we cannot process your application.

You must be over 18 due to the products sold.

Your role includes:

• Building relationships and fostering loyalty
• Recommending additional and complementary products
• Informing customers of current promotions and events
• Setting up advertising displays and arranging merchandise to highlight sales and promotions
• Completing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a professional store environment and communicating inventory issues
